Incepand din 15 ianuarie franciza imobiliara Realpro isi mareste reteaua de francizati cu inca doua birouri , in Bucuresti si in Craiova , se arata intr-un comunicat al Realpro. ' Sumele si conditiile promotionale sunt de 1.500 euro plus TVA fiind valabile pana la 31 ianuarie 2009 cu tot cu taxa de intrare in franciza. Pe primul an de activitate bugetul de cheltuieli cu franciza este de 4.740 euro plus TVA si include taxa de intrare plus redeventele pe primele 12 luni de activitate . Intreaga investitie se putandu-se amortiza din vanzarea a 3-4 locuinte ', a declarat Sorin Udrea, directorul de marketing, Realpro. Compania Realpro s-a infiintat in Ramnicu Valcea in anul 2002 , in anul 2006 lansand Sistemul Nord American de Vanzare Garantata de Case , in prezent , Realpro are 4 birouri francizate din care doua in Bucuresti si cate unul in Craiova si Ramnicu Vālcea
